We offer a variety of guided experiences designed to support relaxation, presence, and well-being. These range from fully integrated sound baths—with or without gentle narration—to chakra-focused sessions, and experiences that may incorporate energy-based practices such as Reiki alongside sound, crystal work, and other supportive modalities.
Each session is held in an intimate, comfortable setting intended to help participants feel at ease and fully supported. See photos of the space below.
When weather permits, some experiences may take place outdoors in our beautiful garden spaces. Event listings note the full experience time, though the guided session itself is typically one hour.
Preceding the session, we invite guests to enjoy an hour of relaxed connection and integration as guests trickle in, with light refreshments available, including non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, flavored water, coffee, tea, and a yogurt granola bar and other snacks.
Note: Once a session has begun no late entries are allowed as they would disrupt the flow of energy.
A guided experience is a structured session designed to support relaxation, presence, and well-being. You’ll be gently guided through sound, stillness, and optional practices in a comfortable setting. There’s nothing you need to “do” or perform — simply rest, listen, and experience.
No prior experience is needed. These sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming to both first-time participants and those with experience. Everything is explained clearly at the beginning.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a light blanket, eye pillow, or water bottle. Cushions and blankets are provided unless otherwise noted.
Most participants choose to lie down on a cushion or sit comfortably in a chair with foot stool. You’re free to adjust your position at any time, your comfort is key.
No. These experiences are not religious and do not require any belief system. While some elements may be inspired by mindfulness or traditional wellness practices, participation is grounded, optional, and experiential rather than devotional.
Visual elements inspired by non-religious Zen design may be present in the space. These are simply aesthetic choices meant to support a peaceful environment and are not related to the content or focus of the experience.
Sessions may include crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, flutes, and other sound instruments. Some experiences may also incorporate guided relaxation, breath awareness, or gentle energy-based practices, depending on the session description.
Energy-based practices such as Reiki are not always provided. You’re welcome to participate purely in sound-bath related experiences as offered. Nothing is done without consent, and you can opt out of any component at any time.
The guided session itself is typically about one hour. Before the session, there is time to settle in, ask questions, enjoy some tea, coffee, and a yogurt bar and unwind in preparation of the experience.
Outdoor sessions offer the same guided structure, with the added presence of nature and fresh air. These sessions are weather-dependent and may feel slightly different due to ambient sounds, but they are designed to be just as comfortable and intentional.
Yes, these experiences are intended to be gentle and inclusive. Sound levels can often be adjusted, and participants are encouraged to take breaks or step out if needed. If you have specific concerns, you’re welcome to reach out ahead of time so we can help ensure your comfort.
