Rainbow Feather Healing Arts is still in the early stages of its journey, and we are seeking passionate, motivated professionals who want to grow alongside us as we continue building something truly meaningful. 

Our highest priority is serving the community through authentic, elevated, and transformative experiences — while also ensuring that everyone involved is treated with respect and fairly compensated for the skills, energy, and care they bring to this work. 

We are not a large corporate operation focused purely on profit; our vision is to create a collaborative environment where practitioners, guides, and facilitators can contribute, grow, and succeed together as the organization evolves.

Note: Compensation is provided on a negotiable hourly basis as an independent contractor via 1099. We provide all core equipment and amenities including instruments, restoration beds, blankets, and event setup—allowing you to simply arrive and focus on delivering the experience. Practitioners are also welcome to incorporate their own instruments if desired.

New to sound work or immersive wellness experiences? We are happy to help mentor and support emerging practitioners who are passionate about learning, growing, and sharing healing energy through sound and guided experiences.
