Rainbow Feather Healing Arts is in its early stages, and we are intentionally building something collaborative, ethical, and sustainable from the ground up.

At this time, we are inviting guides and facilitators to partner with us as we shape our offerings, community, and shared vision. This is not a traditional employment role, and we are not seeking people to work for Rainbow Feather Healing Arts—we are looking for practitioners who want to work with us in a spirit of collaboration and co-creation.

In this initial phase, sessions are offered on a volunteer basis while we establish our foundation, refine our practices, and grow our audience organically. As the program evolves, we fully intend to transition into paid offerings, with compensation structures developed collaboratively and thoughtfully when the timing is right.

If you’re passionate about therapeutic sound, energy work, mindfulness, or related healing arts—and you value integrity, shared ownership, and intentional growth—we’d love to connect.

This is an opportunity to help build something meaningful from the beginning, expand your skills and experience, and grow alongside a community that values both depth and practicality.
